Kate began her real estate career in 2005. She wanted to pair her education leadership background with real estate to educate clients as they navigate the complexities of buying or selling a home. In 2011, Kate obtained her broker’s license and in 2023, the Kate White Real Estate Group debuted.
Kate is a lifelong resident of Genesee County. When she is not selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, practicing yoga, reading, and traveling. Kate has always been a public servant, having spent the past 25 years as a teacher, library media specialist, and school administrator. She obtained her Ph.D. from Oakland University, as well as masters degrees from Marygrove College and Wayne State University, respectively.
Kate is passionate about giving back to her community. She is a Women's Council of Realtor member, a member of the East Central Association of Realtors Board, and a member of the North Oakland County of Realtors. She also serves as a CASA to advocate for children in foster care. Additionally, Kate’s family hosts an annual Game on Cancer fundraiser to raise money for cancer patients in need. Volunteering and supporting her community, while serving others is a top priority!
